These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you, the member, and pp111. The pp111 accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods: Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfer through major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other financial institutions authorized by the Banco Central do Brasil.
The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above certain thresholds may be subject to additional compliance checks. Pix deposits are credited within seconds of transaction confirmation by the banking system. Boleto bancário deposits are credited within 1 business day after clearance.
For withdrawals, the minimum amount is R$ 20.00. The withdrawal method must match the one used for the most recent deposit, unless a documented technical impossibility applies. Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for accounts with a verified CPF. pp111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving high-value withdrawals as an anti-money laundering measure.
All withdrawals must be made to bank accounts held under the same CPF registered on the pp111 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
The pp111 offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Série B, and international leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball, tennis, NFL, e-sports, and over 30 additional sports.
All confirmed bets are binding and cannot be changed or cancelled by the member after confirmation, except when the Cash Out feature is available and activated within the permitted timeframe. pp111 reserves the right to suspend or cancel bets in cases of clearly identifiable odds errors, systemic technical failure, or suspected result manipulation.
If a match is postponed or suspended, bets remain valid for 24 hours. If the event is not completed within that window, all affected bets are fully refunded to the member's real-money balance. For combination bets that include the suspended event, the selection is removed and the odds are automatically recalculated.
All slots, Live Casino, and crash games available on the pp111 are provided by licensed suppliers — including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming — and audited by independent bodies for result integrity and the published RTP (Return to Player). pp111 does not interfere with game algorithms.

The general rules that apply to all pp111 bonuses include: each bonus is valid for a set period, after which it is automatically canceled; bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly and must first be converted into real balance by meeting the specified wagering requirement (rollover); each member is entitled to receive the Welcome Bonus only once, and using multiple accounts to claim it repeatedly is strictly prohibited.
Failure to complete the rollover within the bonus validity period results in automatic cancellation of the remaining bonus balance and any unconverted winnings. The member's deposited real balance is not affected by this cancellation. pp111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time, with prior notice to affected members whenever possible.
The VIP Program of pp111 is designed for active members who earn XP (experience points) through bets placed on any category available on the platform. The program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — with progressive benefits including weekly cashback of 3% to 20% of net losses, monthly free spins, and access to exclusive odds.
VIP Program cashback is calculated on weekly net losses (total wagered minus total won during the period) based on the member's active tier at the start of the week. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday and is subject to a 1x rollover before it can be withdrawn.
Pp111 reserves the right to modify the rules, tier structure, and benefits of the VIP Program at any time, with 7 business days' prior notice to members currently enrolled in the program.
By using the services of pp111, the member agrees not to engage in any of the following conduct:
Pp111 monitors the betting behavior of all members and may request explanations or additional documentation whenever atypical patterns are identified that suggest a violation of these conduct rules.
The pp111 may suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations: violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; providing false information during registration; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity; use of payment methods not belonging to the account holder; or abusive behavior toward the support team.
If an account is suspended due to suspected fraud, the account balance will be held during the internal investigation. If the investigation finds no irregularity, the balance is released in full. If a violation is confirmed, the balance may be confiscated depending on the severity of the breach.
Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time through the support channel. Any remaining balance from completed bets will be paid out after identity verification and confirmation that no pending issues exist.
